Diane is a Hobart Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor and accredited Gestalt Psychotherapist.

Diane provides Psychotherapy, Counselling and Psychological services for adults, adolescents, children and families. Diane provides international training programs, workshops for organisations and schools on various mental health topics in addition to offering programs for parents and carers. Diane is an EAP provider and provides services to individuals funded through the NDIS.

Diane’s therapeutic approach emphasises the quality of the relationship between therapist and client as one of the most important elements of the therapeutic process.

Diane uses principles of Gestalt TherapyMindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She is skillful in assisting clients to identify beliefs, behaviours and thinking styles that are self-limiting. By recognising patterns and increasing awareness, clients are better able to move forward and to make decisions and choices which lead to living more satisfying and fulfilling lives.

Diane has developed a highly regarded Body Image and Mindful Eating Program for adults that is now offered online for individuals all over the world. 

Diane has spent time living in New Zealand, Singapore and explored diverse cultures throughout Canada and Asia to gain cultural awareness and understanding. She has been an invited guest lecturer at the Tri Chandra Campus University in Kathmandu, Nepal as well as at the University of Notre Dame, Western Australia. Diane has facilitated international training for Play Therapy Australia in addition to designing and facilitating training in Kathmandu, Nepal for mental health professionals working with children who have experienced trauma.
